Bloomberg & Bovis

DAY 62

August 18 to August 27, 2007: It took only 9 days to "sideline" Captain Peter Bosco and two fire chiefs in a rush to find scapegoats.

August 27 to today, October 28, 2007, is 62 days.  Now that the evidence is available, how slow Bloomberg is to exonerate those whose reputations he has tarnished.

It has been reported on the internet that Bovis, the contractor in charge of the toxic Deutche Bank Building was also the main contractor that built Bloomberg LLP's Upper East Side headquarters in New York.  Click here.

An interesting connection, no?

Michael Daly in the New York Daily News on Sept 13, 2007 wrote an article entitled, FDNY ripped in Deutsche deaths, but what about Bovis? Click Here.

What is the personal connection between Mayor Bloomberg and Bovis that the Mayor is willing to sacrifice as scapegoats three fine fire officers?  The news in the last month indicates that Bloomberg has kept up an active participation in his company.  What is it Mayor Mike? You prefer the tea and crumpet crowd (Click Here) to the company of three honest firefighters who did their jobs as any of their peers would have done under the same circumstances?
