Official Deconstruction -Decontamination Plans do not assign FDNY inspectional responsibility

The entire official deconstruction - decontamination plans for the toxic Deutsche Bank Building have now been thoroughly reviewed.  Nowhere in them is FDNY assigned the responsibility to conduct inspections of the toxic tower. The Regulators -- FDNY was not a Regulator - did not count on FDNY to perform any inspectorial activity according to official deconstruction - decontamination plans for the toxic Deutsche Bank Building.  The role of FDNY was that of a first responder. Inspections were the responsibility of the regulators and the contractors they hired to do the inspections, LMDC and its contractors.  FDNY was not assigned the responsibility to do inspections under the official deconstruction - decontamination plans for the toxic Deutsche Bank Building.
