On September 4, 2007, FreePetey reported that FDNY Commissioner Scoppetta viewed the conduct of the Captain of the local firehouse, his Battalion and Division Chiefs as acts of omission not commission (Click Here). In accordance with Scoppetta's view, FreePetey has repeatedly pointed out the acts of omission of which Scoppetta and his cronies are guilty. There are many. They range from failing to give the Ten House "site specific" training to failing to supply them with Tyvek suits together with many other omissions in between.  However, what about acts of commission? 

Are Scoppetta and his cronies guilty of an act of commission? (Click Here) 

There is no doubt that the omissions in training and equipping the Ten House are strong evidence that Scoppetta and his cronies had absolutely no interest whatsoever in having the Ten House inspect the toxic Deutsche Bank Building. This is why it can be said with the utmost certainty that the Captain, Battalion Chief and Division Chief are being framed. If Scoppetta and his cronies truly and sincerely wanted the Ten House to perform fire prevention functions within the toxic Deutsche Bank Building, they would have supplied them with the means to do so (Click Here).  That Scoppetta and his cronies did not provide them with the means to do so, says something, no? (Click Here) ('Don't complain that FDNY did not put out the fire when FDNY was not supplied with the water, hoses and engines to do so' is the analogy)

But what if there was something more? What if there was a smoking gun? What if Scoppetta and his cronies were involved in something with a unit of FDNY other than the Ten House that demonstrates conclusively that Scoppetta and his cronies had actual knowledge of - they fully and completely understood - the special requirements of the toxic Deutsche Bank Building?  What if Scoppetta and his cronies recognized the toxicity of the Deutsche Bank Building and did something about it before the August 18, 2007 fire with regard to another unit of FDNY (Click Here)?  Yet, Scoppetta and his cronies did not do the same with regard to the Ten House. What a smoking gun that would be, right?

It is time for FDNY Headquarters to wake up, realize that the interests of Captain Bosco and the two chiefs are aligned with the interests of FDNY HQ, announce that FDNY's internal investigation is over, reinstate the three officers and give the speech explaining what took place  (Click Here).  It comes down to balls and brains.  Do you have the brains to recognize where your interest lies and do you have the balls to buck Bloomberg's blood lust for FDNY scapegoats.
