Did Captain Bosco and Engine 10 dilligently make inspections of buildings in downtown Manhattan?

Captain Peter Bosco and the other firefighters of Engine 10 did their jobs and were not delinquent in the inpsections that were made.  From the time Captain Bosco was assigned to and arrived at Engine 10 in late December 2006 early January 2007, inspections were made week after week involving buildings occupied by tens of thousands of people.
